Yoga

Last night, I went to a yoga class for the first time in years!  I found this cute little yoga center two blocks from my apartment in Notting Hill.  Wood floors, a loft area, natural light, all quiet and relaxation.  It was so great.  I find yoga poses so beautiful.  Warrior I, the tree pose and child pose are my favourites.  I felt so great afterwards – a little taller, more limber, so relaxed.  I also think that yoga helps my right ankle a lot.  AND I am so happy that I don't get dizzy when I'm in downward dog! 

I am just relishing all of this time that I have for myself!  It is just amazing!  I am doing dance, yoga, fitting in all sorts of travel and getting so much work done!  I have all this time to read and write during the evenings and still manage to make time to meet new friends.  Where was all of this time before?  I have no idea how I filled my hours.  It's just amazing! 

Tonight, Ashtanga yoga for an hour!
